about

An ambitious conceptual work that, in seven tracks, tells us the story of a group of survivors of a global catastrophe. With limited resources, they must find a way to adapt to the cold winter that has covered the entire planet. Will they find the peace they deserve or will they succumb to the hostile forces of nature?

It can be said that "monochrome : pilgrimage" is a spiritual successor of the "disruptor : syndrome", picking up the pieces and trying to build a different story that it's actually connected by chapters, events and even characters. This time, however, the lenght of the album would be shorter, so that the ideas could land and be developed in a more focused way.

The album began its production back on early february, with the first demo for "countdown to oblivion", and would be finished by september 9th, 2022. It was a pretty exhausting process where every decision mattered, especially when connecting the songs with the general concept of the album. At the end, all I want is to tell a coherent story that ties everything together, and give the listener an inmersive experience. And that was the creative journey that gave birth to "monochrome : pilgrimage". Hope you enjoy it.
